When i'm in bed i'd love to feel the warmth of another's silent (but not empty) presence. There's a powerful transference of energy that takes place when someone lovingly sits beside you.

There's nothing quite like having someone to share the load with you and just be with you when you need it. I wish all with chronic illness had support from loved ones in this way. I'm so grateful to those that have sat with me on my journey - and those online who share the load as well xx
